Payment Terms
We reserve the right to make a FINANCE CHARGE computed by a “Periodic Rate”’ of 1 ½% per month which is an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18% on amounts past due 30 days or more and to add all collection fees. To avoid additional FINANCE CHARGES pay entire NEW BALANCE.
The entire amount shown as “NEW BALANCE” or “TOTAL DUE” on your invoice is due and owing within one billing period from the date of your statement. (This does not apply to Budget Plan customers who are not in arrears).
The FINANCE CHARGE is computed by applying periodic (monthly) rate to all balances not paid within two billing periods or their original billing date after all payments and credits are applied to the closing date of this statement. Failure to pay the “NEW BALANCE” in full within next billing period of this statement may result in termination of credit privileges.
To avoid additional FINANCE CHARGES Pay NEW BALANCE within 30 days of the date of this statement.
IN CASE OF ERRORS OR INQUIRIES ABOUT YOUR BILL
Send your inquiry in writing or by email so that we may receive it within 60 days after the bill was mailed to you. Do not write on your bill or your check. Your written inquiry must include:
1. Your name and account number
2. A description of the error and why (to the extent you can explain) you believe it is an error: and
3. The dollar amount of the suspected error.
You remain obligated to pay the parts of your bill not in dispute, but you do not have to pay any amounts in dispute during the time we are resolving the dispute. During that same time, we may not take any action to collect disputed amounts or report disputed amounts as delinquent.
If you have a problem with property or services purchased with a credit card, you may have the right not to pay the remaining amount due on them if you first try in good faith to return them or give the merchant a chance to correct the problem. There are two limitations on this right:
- You must have bought them in your home state or, if not within your home state, within 100 miles of your correct mailing address; and
- The purchase price must have been more than $50.
However, these limitations do not apply if the merchant is owned or operated by the creditor, or we mailed you the advertisement for the property or services
This is a summary of your rights; a full statement of your rights and our responsibilities under the Federal Fair Credit Billing Act will be sent to you both upon request and in response to a billing error notice.
You have the right to cancel automatic delivery at any time. In the event of default by nonpayment of 90 days, past due account shall be liable for collection charges including reasonable attorney fees and mechanical liens.
